NEEDED TO GET BACK ON TRACK
I joined small group training at Synergy in February of 2017 with the goal to lose weight, get toned and reduce body fat.
I had always been active and exercised on a regular basis but I was developing some bad habits and beginning to sabotage my health by not eating properly, not exercising like I used to and just getting more and more down on myself. I was blaming it on everything else going on around me and coming up with an excuse, after excuse as to why but I finally came to terms that I was the one to blame for my downward spiral! I really needed to get back on track, be consistent, get motivated again and be accountable for my health and well-being.
I started looking into fitness centers in and around Waltham, although, I am not a gym person, never have been. Driving by Synergy almost every day, it still didn’t click that this was going to be the perfect fit for me until I begrudgingly decided to come in and met with Jackie (A DOLL!) She promoted Synergy, the 5 to 1 training (AMAZING TRAINERS!) and the possible results that I was looking for. Two years later (off and on, off and on) – I’m down 16 lbs., lowered my body fat by 8.5% and reduced inches around my waist! I couldn’t be happier with myself, the results and the entire Synergy team (past and present!) I did it!
