These measures are taken into consideration when our trainers are working with you. These will be revisited at a later time to see how your body is progressing.
Small Group Personal Training
This is our exclusive 60 minute High Intensity Interval Training session (for up to 5 people at a time) with the guidance and support of a Personal Trainer at every visit. Each workout is a blend of both fat burning and muscle toning. The trainer is there every step of the way to fine tune form and technique and to make sure you are getting the most from the time you spend exercising.

One- on- One Personal Training
During these private sessions you get 100% of the Trainers focus and attention throughout the entire workout. This is an excellent option for someone who prefers a 1:1 training relationship. The service is expertly crafted to meet your individual goals and needs. Whether you are new to exercise or a seasoned athlete this individual approach is sure to take your fitness to the next level.
