This is our most popular 60-minute, customized session with the guidance, support, and motivation of a personal trainer leading a small group of up to 5 people at a time. Our scientifically proven interval training system is fun, energizing, effective and lets you benefit from a professionally designed routine at a fraction of the cost of one-on-one training. Each session is a blend of both muscle toning and fat burning which is a proven and effective system that transforms even the most stubborn of body types. Introductory sessions as low as $13.27. To see if we’re the right fit for you. During these tailor-made personalized sessions, you will get 100% of the trainer’s attention throughout the entire workout. Whether you are exercising now or just getting started, eighteen or eighty you can benefit from the extra coaching and attention to detail in this focused, results oriented, form of training. After this 5 hour (5 – 60 minute or 10 – 30 minute) introductory package there is opportunity for ongoing training.
