Meet Cinthya

Lead Personal Trainer for Synergy for Her

As an active mother with 3 young kids, Cinthya
understands how difficult it can be to stay
healthy and fit.

“I love talking to other women and finding out
what their struggles are and how we can work
together to accomplish their goals.”

Cinthya enjoys working with clients of all ages
with various needs and fitness levels.

Cinthya Pelayo is a NASM certified personal
trainer, who has a passion for training and fitness.
She also holds certification in TRX and Kettle Bells.
In the past Cinthya has competed in many
events including: 5Ks, 10Ks, half marathons,
Spartan races, and natural body building
competitions. She placed 3rd in her first natural
body building competition.
