I joined Synergy a few months ago looking to build strength and get healthier. I had been a member of other gyms in the past but always had trouble sticking to a routine and would easily get bored. I knew I wanted to try something different but also felt a little unsure of going to a workout class as I had never done any type of group training and didn’t know what to expect. I am so glad I decided to give Synergy a try. From day one I felt comfortable as the trainers are friendly, supportive and create an atmosphere where everyone is welcome. The workouts vary each session and somehow they always fly by which is something I never thought I would say about a workout. In just 3 months of going twice a week I have noticed increased strength, lost 13 pounds and lowered my body fat by 5.7%. I look forward to continued results and highly recommend Synergy to anyone!

I joined Synergy 3 months ago after my physical therapist mentioned he had heard great things about it; I was coming off of a running injury and looking for a place where I could continue to focus on building strength. Twenty four classes later, and I’m seeing great results! I’m noticeably stronger, seeing more muscle definition, and my running has even gotten better. On top of all this, I lost 11 pounds, 1.5″ around my stomach, and my fat dropped from 37% to 31%. I also love how the classes fly by and the instructors are fun. I can’t wait to see my results after the next 24 classes!
YOUR OWN PACE
Not wanting to go on another diet, I decided to take another route and joined Synergy. Been a member for 6 months and I saw results after 3 months of weekly workouts and I continue to see results. Both Brad and Sean are great to work with. The best part about this that you “Go at your own pace”. I highly recommend Synergy as this program does work.

I’ve been going to Synergy for several years now..this is THE best small group training I have ever experienced. Brad and Sean are knowledgeable on fitness and nutrition and have no problem offering other ways of targeting muscle groups-say… when your body doesn’t like certain moves. They are friendly and easy going but that doesn’t mean they let you off easy during the workout! They pay attention and make corrections when your form is a little off, but never to embarrass. We all want to exercise correctly so we don’t injure ourselves. If you are new to working out, there is no need to feel intimidated (like big gyms), no need to feel nervous because Brad and Sean encourage people to go at their own pace until they start feeling comfortable (it does not affect the other clients, who you will also find helpful and welcoming). I cannot stress enough how great Synergy is! Give their new client special a try. They also offer low impact sessions separate from the main sessions which is a great way to ease into it! Thank you guys for always keeping me motivated, even on the days I’m not!
