She believes in a balanced diet and creates nutrition plans that are clean, but sustainable. She wants her clients to be successful without totally depriving themselves of foods they love. - You then receive a customized rotating nutrition plan
- Three additional one-on-one meetings to adjust the plan as needed, answer questions, provide feedback
- At all 4 meetings, we will assess – body weight, body fat %, body mass index
