I joined Synergy a few months ago looking to build strength and get healthier. I had been a member of other gyms in the past but always had trouble sticking to a routine and would easily get bored. I knew I wanted to try something different but also felt a little unsure of going to a workout class as I had never done any type of group training and didn’t know what to expect. I am so glad I decided to give Synergy a try. From day one I felt comfortable as the trainers are friendly, supportive and create an atmosphere where everyone is welcome. The workouts vary each session and somehow they always fly by which is something I never thought I would say about a workout. In just 3 months of going twice a week I have noticed increased strength, lost 13 pounds and lowered my body fat by 5.7%. I look forward to continued results and highly recommend Synergy to anyone!
